WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER FOR DELIVERY
The minimum order for delivery is $400.00. Exceptions can be made depending of the season and venue location.
WHEN SHOULD I PLACE AN ORDER?
The sooner you reserve your equipment the better. Even if you do not know your exact guest count, it is best to reserve equipment and then make the adjustments as needed. A reservation is made and confirmed upon receipt of a deposit and authorization form.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE AN ORDER?
All changes must be made at least 72 hours prior to delivery. Additions to your order are welcomed and are subject to availability. Deletions must be made at least 72 hours prior to delivery or a 50% restocking charge will be assessed.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY HOURS?
Normal delivery hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Weekend or after hour deliveries are available for an additional charge. If you require delivery within a specific time frame an additional “Timed delivery fee” may apply.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY CHARGE?
Delivery charges are determined according to the location, time and the amount of the rentals.
DO YOU SETUP EQUIPMENT?
We set up and take down all bars, dance floors, stages and lighting. Other items such as tables, chairs, linens, flatware and glassware are setup by the customer or caterer. However, Big Dawg offers a "white glove service" package for setup.
WHAT IS THE "WHITE GLOVE SERVICE" PACKAGE?
The "white glove service" consists of a complete setup and break down of equipment.
WHAT SHOULD I DO ONCE EVENT IS OVER BEFORE PICK UP?
All tables and chairs must be folded, bagged, stacked and ready for pickup. All flatware / dishware should be scraped, rinsed, and placed back in their original containers. Glasses should be put back in their racks. Linen must be shaken and dry to prevent mildew and staining.
AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED OR MISSING EQUIPMENT?
Customer is responsible for damaged or missing equipment and a replacement cost will be assessed.
ARE WE INSURED?
Yes, If you need a certificate of insurance please email your buildings or municipality's requirements to us at least 4 business days before the event.
